📄 Agreement to Terms

  • By registering or using our services (“Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.
  • ShakerGainsKE.com is not responsible for any loss incurred by users who have not read these terms.

1. General Terms

  • Placing an order on ShakerGainsKE.com means you automatically accept all terms.
  • We may change these terms at any time without notice.
  • All users must comply with platform policies (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Rates are subject to change without notice. Refund terms remain fixed.
  • Delivery times are estimates — no exact time is guaranteed.
  • We may adjust service type to ensure completion of your order.

2. Disclaimer & Delivery

  • We are not liable for any damages to you or your business.
  • Delivery may vary — instant, hours, days, or longer.
  • Even if marked “instant,” delays may occur during high traffic.
  • Read service descriptions carefully. Some services may drop over time.
  • Services use real users. Unfollows or blocks by users are not refundable or refillable.

3. Liabilities

  • We are not responsible for account suspensions or deletions by any platform.

4. Service Use

  • Services improve appearance only — no engagement is guaranteed.
  • Accounts may lack bios, profile pics, or uploads.
  • Uploading inappropriate content (nudity, hate speech, etc.) is prohibited.
  • Private accounts will not receive service and will not be refunded.
  • Ensure your account or post is public and interaction-enabled before ordering.

5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds due to the digital nature of our services.
  • Child panel purchases are non-refundable — check features before purchase.
  • All deposits are final. No reversals. No chargebacks.
  • Disputes or chargebacks result in account termination and service reversal.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued as panel credits only.
  • Misplaced or private account orders are not eligible for refund.
  • Fraudulent activity = permanent ban. No exceptions.
  • Do not use more than one server on the same post/link — no refund in this case.

6. Refill Failures & Updates

  • No refill if you change your username after placing an order.
  • Refill is void if you place another order on the same profile/link.
  • We refill up to 100% of the dropped quantity from your original order.
  • Refills don’t cover drops from previous providers or old services.
  • Lifetime refill applies only to clean, fresh links and our original drops.
  • No refill if your count is below the start count due to unrelated drops.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We value your privacy and protect your data fully.
  • Information is used only for processing your orders.
  • No personal information is ever sold or shared.
  • All data is encrypted and stored securely.
