1. Digital Service Policy

ShakerGainsKE provides digital social media marketing services. Since all services are delivered digitally and many begin processing automatically after purchase, orders that are processing or completed are generally non-refundable. Users acknowledge that digital services are intangible and cannot be physically returned once delivery begins.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund or account balance credit only under the following circumstances:

  • The order did not start within the estimated delivery timeframe.
  • The selected service became unavailable or was canceled by our system.
  • An order issue occurred due to a technical or system-related error.
  • The delivered quantity was significantly lower than promised and refill protection is unavailable.
  • The order remains stuck without progress for an unreasonable period.

All refund decisions are reviewed individually by our support team and are made at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, reversals, or balance credits will not be provided in the following situations:

  • You entered an incorrect username, link, or order information.
  • The order was delivered successfully as described.
  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • Your account, post, page, or video was deleted, restricted, banned, or made private during processing.
  • The selected service did not include refill or drop protection.
  • You used multiple providers simultaneously for the same content.
  • Platform algorithm changes affected the delivered results.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled if cancellation support is available for the selected service and the order has not fully started processing. Once an order enters active processing, cancellation may no longer be possible. If a cancellation is approved, the refunded amount will be returned to your ShakerGainsKE account balance rather than your original payment method.

5. Account Balance Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued as internal account balance credit. This balance can be used for future purchases and services on ShakerGainsKE. Account balance credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Payment Gateway Refund Policy

All payments made to ShakerGainsKE are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued directly back to your payment method once a deposit has been completed. By adding funds to your account, you agree that deposits are irreversible and must be used for orders on our platform.

You also agree not to file disputes, reversals, or chargebacks after completing payment. If a chargeback or dispute is filed against us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, reverse delivered services, and block future access to our platform without notice.

7. Refill Policy

Certain services include refill protection for a limited period. If engagement drops within the refill period, eligible users may request a refill through our support system. Refill eligibility becomes void if:

  • The username or link is changed.
  • The content is deleted.
  • The account becomes private.
  • Another provider is used on the same content.

Services that do not explicitly mention refill protection are not eligible for refill claims.

8. Service Delays

Estimated start and delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to maintenance, platform updates, API interruptions, high demand, or technical issues beyond our control. Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for refund unless the service becomes permanently unavailable.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks without contacting support first is considered a violation of this policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend services, terminate accounts, recover delivered engagement, and deny future access to our platform permanently.

10. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate before placing orders. This includes usernames, links, quantity selection, and service type. Orders placed with invalid or inaccessible links may be marked completed without refund eligibility.

To request assistance regarding order delays, refill requests, cancellations, or technical issues, please contact our support team by opening a Support Ticket and including:

  • The affected service
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or proof if requested

12. Policy Updates

13. Limitation of Liability
